The Indiana Black Expo Music Heritage Concert will take place on Friday, July 17 at Carroll Stadium.
In conjunction with this event, lots 59 and 80 will be closed. IU Indianapolis EM permit holders will still be able to park in these lots but must show their EM permit and summer parking permissions are still in effect.
New York Street will be closed between Barnhill and University at or about 4:00 p.m. University Blvd. will be closed between New York Street and Qualmish Avenue at or about 4:00 p.m.
Attendees may park in lots 59, 63, and 80 and the Barnhill, Vermont, Sports & Riverwalk Garages.
