J.A.G.S. VEHICLE ASSISTANCE
Life can be unpredictable, but we are here to help you get back on the road.
If you run out of gas, get a flat tire, have a dead battery, or can’t find your vehicle J.A.G.S. vehicle assistance is just a phone call away.
We can help you with your vehicle needs while parked on IU Indianapolis property and services are free to all members of the IU Indianapolis community and visitors.
You can reach us Monday through Friday, from 8am to 10pm, by calling (317)-274-4232 and asking for vehicle assistance. Please note service is not provided on weekends or campus holidays.
The program assists with basic services like:
• Jumpstarts for batteries
• Air for tires
• Gasoline – One gallon of regular gasoline
• Search for your vehicle
Towing or repair work for the vehicle is not provided. Technicians cannot change tires or lend any tools for repairs. Technicians may refuse to provide services based on the condition of the vehicle or if deemed unsafe. A waiver must be signed before services are provided. Motorcycles and scooters are not eligible for jump starts.
